I have to agree about not buying acer. I bought one, and while it worked it was a great little machine. But once it had a problem and I needed to send it in to repair I ended up without a computer for 5 months. It was a constant, I sent it in, 2 weeks later I’d get it back and as soon as I turned it on, not only did it have the same issues, but also more. Finally they did replace the laptop with a different one. The replacement was broken - the screen didn’t work. So I sent that one off as well. Finally they sent me a working machine. Catch? well, 4 months later the wireless card went kaput. Now, less than a year later, the wireless card has gone bad yet again. I have bought a different computer - a lenovo, and so far tech support has been wonderful, and the machine is great too.

Dont byt Acer as ant problem you are CHARGED TOP PRICE TO CALL I didnt want my laptop fixed just a cd to reboot so i was charged on the phone then Charged £50 Folowing day i found a way to reboot my machine. so I called them up as they wanted me to fill a form in which they had already charged my account so i say i didnt want ot fill pfrms in so refund my money the di but charged me £15 for refunding my money, that they had preceaded to take before i fill the form in.
So ! they charge me extra for calling them then charge3d me for the cd then charge me feo refund.
Not a nice company to do buisnes with.
